Order cutoff
Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next fulfillment day.
Handling time
Orders require 1–2 business days for handling before shipment. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday.
Transit time
After your order ships, estimated transit time is 5–7 business days for U.S. destinations. Carrier transit operates Monday through Saturday.
Total estimated delivery time
The estimated total delivery time is 6–9 business days, including handling and transit.
Business days are Monday through Saturday and exclude public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders. This shipping policy applies to all products and destinations within the United States.
Order and delivery information
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information during checkout. If you notice an error, email support@cradleandcove.online as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether the address can still be changed.
When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.
Delays, missing deliveries, and damaged shipments
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can help review the tracking information and investigate with the carrier.
If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when available. Keep the product and all packaging until we provide instructions.
