These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Cradle & Cove website and purchases made through our online store. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cradle & Cove. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and to use the website lawfully.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe another person’s rights.
Products and information
Please review the product description, specifications, dimensions, materials, and any safety or care instructions before ordering. Product colors may appear different depending on your screen and lighting. Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, use, and care instructions.
We aim to keep product information accurate. If we identify a material error affecting your order, such as an incorrect price or unavailable item, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available options. We will not charge you a higher price without your agreement. If an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the payment.
Prices, payments, and orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and any disclosed charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Standard shipping to the United States is free under our Shipping Policy.
Payment is handled through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled order.
Shipping and delivery

Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase for products in new, unused condition. We do not offer exchanges. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 calendar days after we receive the return. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for instructions and details. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
